Site 37B (AVAILABLE FOR LEASE)

This fenced and ready to move-in site consist of 400 feet of newly installed bulkhead along Tiger Pass with a depth of -22 feet MSL along Tiger Pass and 200 feet of bulkhead along Canal #2 with a water depth of -16 feet MSL. The fenced in and limestone site can be combined with Site #37A to provide for a total waterfront of 400 feet of bulkhead along Tiger Pass with a depth of -22 feet MSL and 600 feet of waterfront along Canal #2 with a depth of -16 feet MSL. Site #37A also contains six spaces for trailers and a 6000 sq foot dry storage warehouse.
